Join Us for the 2025 Annual Outreach Worker Conference

"Together We Rise:
Resilience, Advocacy & Collective Healing"

The Conference offers a great opportunity for networking, learning from each other, building strategic partnerships, and working towards improving the collective impact of our efforts to support migrants and farmworkers. All proceeds from the Conference will support the Farmworker Assistance Project. This project aims to offer essential support to families and workers during emergencies. Additionally, the funds will be utilized to organize events such as the Christmas Fiesta, School Supplies Giveaway, and Health Fairs.

Let us work together to create a better future for the hardworking individuals who are the backbone of our economy and tirelessly work to put food on our tables.

Who Should Attend:
  • Advocates and activists working for immigrant and farmworker rights
  • Outreach professionals and community organizers
  • Community Health Care Workers, Paralegals, and other Frontline staff
  • Representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations
  • Academics and researchers in the fields of labor rights, education and public health
  • Policy makers, foundation representatives and more!

Pouring for Justice: An Evening of Action and Impact

Join us for Pouring for Justice, a high-energy fundraising event in support of immigrant and farmworker families.
Enjoy drinks served by celebrity bartenders, including the Mayor of Rochester Malik Evans, immigration attorneys, and community advocates—each raising their glass and their voice for justice.
At the Western New York Coalition of Farmworker Serving Agencies, we believe justice can’t wait—and neither can the families we serve. From fighting family separation to supporting survivors of labor trafficking, our Coalition provides trusted outreach, legal advocacy, emergency support, and Family Preparedness resources that help families stay safe and stay together.

Come for the cause. Stay for the impact.
Justice starts here—and it starts with you.
