We envision that Migrants and Seasonal Farmworkers will have equal rights and respect in their place of employment as well as the communities in which they live and work.

 Our Goals: 

• To inform and educate farmworkers about their rights and responsibilities as members of the community and the services available that will empower them to improve their quality of life.
• To advocate for the hiring of bilingual personnel in agencies and service organizations in Western NY.
• To gather and coordinate valuable resources for farmworkers.
• To provide an Annual Outreach Worker Training.
• To support each other's agencies during monthly Coalition meetings and as the need arises. 
• To provide positive media for farmworkers.

Our Mission is to facilitate information exchange, advocacy, and collaboration among organizations that serve migrants and seasonal farmworkers. The coalition aims to assist migrants and seasonal farmworkers in identifying and overcoming barriers to equal rights and respect in their place of employment as well as the communities in which they live and work.
