We envision that Migrants and Farmworkers will have equal rights and respect in their place of employment as well as the communities in which they live and work.

WNY Coalition's Goals:

• To inform and educate farmworkers about their rights and responsibilities as members of the community and the services available that will empower them to improve their quality of life.
• To advocate for the hiring of bilingual personnel in agencies and service organizations in Western NY.
• To gather and coordinate valuable resources for farmworkers.
• To provide an Annual Outreach Worker Training.
• To support each other's agencies during monthly Coalition meetings and as the need arises. 
• To provide positive media for farmworkers.
